At DiceEg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DiceEg account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any authorized DiceEg collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
